SeGa, pool and not-so-wise philosophy?

i received the prize i won on a secret garden contest today. hahaha im so excited, i just want to go around sticking pictures on hyun bin on everyone! i just might.

i wrote a blog yesterday but it didnt upload properly so thats all lost. it was just uni shit.

(stairway to heaven anyone?) i dunno, he said this during a time when he was depressed and all, but i found it inspiring. no. inspiring isnt the right word. i found it..enlightening? i dunno, it just makes me feel like i have a back up to fall on..that being 'nothing'. or level 1 if you want to put it nicely. cause you don't necessarily start off with 'nothing', you have friends, you have family, you have yourself. from there, you just explore and do wild shit and you get somewhere in life which then makes you refer to your former self as 'nothing' when in fact, you werent a nothing. you were just a something with heaps more to look up at then down from.

anyways, had the loooongest pool game ever today lol. actually i dont know if it was actualyl wasbut it felt quite long. maybe it felt that way cause anna and i werent cheating LOL ;). terrible. or maybe cause 2 hours 13 minutes of pool is a bit much to be playing after like what..two months break? kind of didnt ease into it at all, LOL, we just went and binged pooled.

mm, i dont really feel like blogging right now, so ill cut it off aruptly.

Annoying thing girls do

i came across this interesting thread on soompi (http://www.soompi.com/forums/topic/255797-annoying-things-girls-do/). what originally started out as a place for guys to let loose, turned into a massive bitch fest for girls haha. i thought id share some of the points that kept arising. (these are in no way, my own opinions, just hte general consensus of soompi posters)

that came up the most and which was stupid cause in this day and age, you cant avoid such a thing. when people do stupid shit, you cant turn a blind eye to it.

gotta agree with this one. be classy, be intelligent.

which is a stupid thing to say. there will of course be people you dont like ==

the shit people were saying on this thread should just be renamed as "annoying things humans do".

out of boredom -not vanity, i took at quick look at some of my notes on fb, i was pretty into them yeaars ago. and i came across a post where ihad to write 16 things about myself. this was in 2009 and im suprised that my feelings havent changed. (apart from 11, puhleaase, im on break. but come next week, probably.) if i were to do this again, id say the same shit, except in different order. twilight doesnt dominate 95% of my life like it used to. i should be thankful.

surrrrrrrp. today im feeling extra cold. mainly becuase of the weather.
been trying to get through city of bones the past few days and i just cant. the protagonist is a mess lol. one minute shes crying cause her mothers gone missing and hte next shes being all bossy, and then she transforms into a damsel in distress and so forth. urgh. her friend turns into a rat at some stage- OOOOOOO major spoiler. i kid, theres nothing worth spoiling. (imo)

i found out today that my youngest sister is in grade four. and shes still reading books like "just disgusting" nad "just crazy" - those andy griffiths books illustrated by terry denton. urgh. tried shoving twilight down her throat but she refuses to read "rubbish". so im making her read harry potter so her writing isnt so gay. HAHA i cant talk. kids these days are sooo different. they bite back.

btw is there like...different versions of the boy in striped pjs? it was on tv the other day and the ending was completely different to the novel. :|

made rainbow cupcakes iwht the group the other day. <3 considering the expected results, it was a fail, but within that fail, was a total win. they were lovely little cupcakes with colour all over the place. i was in charge of the purple dye, which was 3 parts fail, 1 part mild success.
