uni, mines and germs

hello blog. its been a while. in my absence, you'd think ive been quite busy, when in actual fact, im just lazy. :P
and far out, this laptop bloody corrects all my errors. and since im used to writing with no capital letters and atrocious grammar in my blogs, im gonna have to live with the red markings.
anyways uni has started!! in that first week, ive come to learn a lot about myself. and im not liking the look of it. i have the worssst attitude towards life. i think i need to go pick up some self-improvement books. having said that, i think ive had a pretty successful week (Y). im not behind (but im on the brink of) and i havent alienated myself from the community. however, i have acquired a new obsession. dw dw i kid. its an old obsession :D HEHE. MINESWEEPERS!!!! i am totally in love with it all over again. ive been playing in the expert mode and ive yet to conquer it. I KEEP DYINGGG when i have around 40 mines left. arghhhh! *raises fist*
but im starting to promise myself to not ms all the time. cause the lectures are actually pretty chunky (in terms of material LOL). im finding epidemiology class extremely interesting, learning about the history of diseases and calculating mortality rates and such. (yay mortalities!! jks)
carrying a laptop around is a pain in the a though. but only a couple more weeks! i can do this!
my acadamic goal: to develop a scientific mind.

in one of my pharm classes, th eprofessor was talking about self management as a way to defeat stress. my way used to just be fk anything that stresses you out. but nowwww, i have to change. basically, learn everything as you get it, and do hw as you get it! unfortunately, hw is essential now. it really shows if you're slacking.
if vce was difficulty factor of 10, this would be a 30. the environments become more competitive and everyone in this course is very *1000 capable. ohhhhhhhh fml. LOL

which is why im listening to an ABC science show as i type this. TT_TT
miserable much?
but im procastrinating less now :D
cause theres hardly any hw (am i talking too soon?). its mainly just studying and studying i can do (Y)
so now i will go and read up on titrations. doing one on tuesday!!

before i go, did you know. doctors used to go treat patients and assist in midwifery right after performing autopsies without washing their hands? :/ as a result, many newborns, mothers and patients died. GERMSSSSS
